SCI-Arc operates on a rolling admissions basis. Applications received after the priority deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis as space permits. To be reviewed for both admission and scholarship consideration, applications must be completed, and all required documents must be submitted by the priority deadline.

Admission Requirements for Each Program
M.Arch 1
M.Arch 1 is a three-year (seven-semester) program open to applicants who hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field of study.
M.Arch 2
M.Arch 2 is a two-year (five-semester) program designed for applicants who have obtained a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, or a Bachelor of Architecture. Extensive work experience does not substitute for the specific degree requirements.
MS
SCI-Arc EDGE, Center for Advanced Studies in Architecture, offers five specialized Master of Science (MS) programs. Students who will be earning or have earned an undergraduate or graduate degree in architecture may apply.
Language Requirements
GRE
- Applicants are required to mail official test scores from the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) General Test directly to SCI-Arc.

TOEFL / IELTS
- The minimum score requirement is ninety-two (92) for the Internet-based TOEFL or a 7.0 band score for the IELTS. Score reports are only valid for tests completed within the past two years.
